those templates aren't coded to run off of php-fusion. you would have to either add code to make it work with php-fusion or just look for other php-fusion templates via google.

can you tell me how to create web with this template?

PLEASE... stop spamming zymic.. We understand you need help, but that doesn't mean you need to bump your thread 1000 times..

Any ways I'm assuming you don't know any HTML/CSS or PHP. If so I doubt you could figure out how to create a fusion theme, or even convert a theme that's already coded. If you wish to learn check out w3schools. If not use a free template and don't complain.
