I think its a little highly priced. There is not much actually coded items (rollover, e.t.c.) The template may be unique but the coding is pretty dull. The buyer is pretty much getting the psd with a little css thrown in. I would say they are not worth the price asked for.

That is fairly expensive. The first one in my opinion is terrible and would be worth $10. The second one would be worth around $50-$70 in my opinion.
