Hey Admin.,
Recently I attempted to enter my My Account Management page and it won't let me progress pass the extension "/user_index.jsp" It's just a blank page. It says everything is loaded but I know that's not correct because it would either redirect me or show me a bit more than nothing. Any help out there?

Im having the same problem i don't know if this helps but my website is ****************.uuuq.com and the website i get stuck on is http://www.uuuq.com/user_index.jsp and i have just set it up and done nothing to the website please help

Hey there guys and gals,
I'm happy to report I know what the problem is. In case you don't remember me, I'm the guy who set-up this topic. The redirect isn't working on the "/user_index.jsp" file. It should automatically redirect to "/user_index.php" however as I have said before the redirect seems to be faulty... so after you sign in and get to this big old blank page, just redirect it yourself by changing the extension to .php instead of .jsp.

Now I've discovered after this point it should be next to impossible to gain access to the File Manager. It also gets stuck, and so far I have been unsuccessful as to getting pass this little glitch... everything else works fine, but the File Manager seems to not be redirecting. I'm going to be doing some independent investigation on my own, but if anyone wants to give some advice let me know. I'll take it all in and try it and then report my findings as to which ones work.

P.S: I'm in no way associated with the staff of Zymic.com, I'm just a newbie user who found a glitch, reported said glitch, temporarily solved the glitch, and found a new one. I'll post all of my findings here though. Admins would be Bread and Emoruffino (the ones that I've found by searching through these boards.)
