Question to you guys.

I built a customer a web site. i installed toko content editor (the wysiwyg version) and it works perfectly.
My customer insist on working with chrome browser. Since Toko does not support chrome i need to switch to another CMS.

Could you recommend a cheap CMS that needs no license per site?

Joomla is a great content management system. You can also try wordpress, they are both free.

I know you said you don't want to pay, but if you do change your mind, you can try Subdreamer.
