Ok, I have created an image for use in my site, so I save it, check that it looks fine in it's format, and upload it, but when I upload it to photobucket I see that the gradient in the image looks sort of like blinds, nothing like it looked when stored on my computer, I have tried uploading them to multiple place and still the same issue. I have tried jpeg, gif, and png image files, but the problem still exist, although slightly less in gif and png. I've never had this happen before with my images, why is it doing this.
I've also uploaded it to other places, but the issue persists. I have not tried zymic because zymic won't let get to the control panel.
Thanks in advance.

There are different color types for each extension you save. Gif has the option for 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 and 256. The best choice is 256 in your case. For PNG there is 8, 24 and 32. 32 is the best quality image of all that is now accepted by almost all browsers. JPG or JPEG are 0-100% quality. Make sure you save them in the highest quality.
One other reason for the problem to occur is that the image provider re-sizes your image, causing it to change in quality.
In general, if it looks nice on your computer, it should look fine online. How big is this image file? Try saving it as a Flattened PNG 32 file. That is the best quality you could get with a small file size.

as a gif: 7.18 kb (but worst quality on my computer)
as a jpeg: 15.2 kb
as a flattened png: 7.37 kb (best quality on my computer)
I'm about to try the flattened png right now and see.
Ok just tried the flattened png, the issue still persists.
Here's what it looks like, when I have it on my computer it is a gradient:

When you do flattened PNG, go to the advanced options of extraction. There you will get to choose between 8, 24 and 32 for the color choice. 32 will give a big size but its the best (big as in largest of all 3 color choices).
