Your HTML code links images to files on your HDD, not on the server.

For example your image on your index page is linked as:
file:///C|/Users/Turid og Erling/Pictures/Sondre Bilder/Abbor`n/Home2.png

Therefore it won't load. Link them to the site directory itself.

Ok well since you have adobe cs4 and i assume if you have adobe suit cs4 you are a serious webdesigner. If not i presume you have a illegal copy of that software. Thats my first thought. As a serious webdesigner would only purchase the most expensive software related to web design / coding .

If this is to be the case and i suspect it is then i wont help if not then i will help. I bet some are wondering why post this. Well simply i am sick and tired of these simple request and its so blatantly obvious that they use illegal software, dont have the faintest clue about how to go about things and expect help .

I would give you one simple answer tho. Zymic does not allow external image linking. In other words you must host imagesa within zymic servers for it to appear. For one it stops bandwidth theft.

Then why post all that crap about the Illegal software? its none of your buisness if he payed for it or not. he just asked for help, not a lecture on right and wrong.

and all you could know it could just be Dreamweaver demo, not the full package.

LOL WUT!?

I'm sorry but a SERIOUS web designer will use the software that he/she is most comfortable with and is the most efficient. Yes cost won't matter, but as a semi serious web coder, I refuse to use dreamweaver as it's WAY over priced and bloated. RapidPHP costs $40 and does most of everything dreamweaver does (with about 10mb of diskspace).

Some may ask why post this, Because I'm tired of ignorant fools who don't think before they post.

@trippin - He means someone wouldn't pay for software that expensive unless they were serious about it. You don't go around buying the most expensive software for something you have no experience with.

@andy - i have to agree with flyboy, i don't go around supporting pirated software. (which is exactly what it is) It does seem somewhat suspicious.

Abborn, not accusing you - could be a demo or legal copy smile.gif So basically you need to go into the code and change the img src to an image on your server.

For example change:
CODE
file:///C|/Users/Turid og Erling/Pictures/Sondre Bilder/Abbor`n/Home2.png

to
CODE
images/Home2.png

(if that's where the image is located)

where in that post does it say anything about him using Illegal version of CS4? hrmm? or having the full suite(you can also get the software individual, and not have to get part of the suite)? i'm just saying personally, i don't think its none of Flyboy's buisness to bring it up when he was only stating he need help(which both of yous did give), not a rant about how he shouldn't have illegal software.

@Luke & Flyboy

Are you saying you have never downloaded pirated software of used a keygen on it like Photoshop.

In my opinion it's none of your business if it's legal or not, if you don't want to help then don't post. They could be wanting to get into web design so they bought Dreamweaver doesn't mean they have to be a "serious web designer". He could be doing this on a legal version of Dreamweaver like at school.
Luke
okay, that's fine. all i'm sayin is. Dreamweaver is expensive. Most people wouldn't invest into it without experience, and not understanding how images work doesn't seem too experienced (which isn't bad). That's it. Doesn't matter anymore.

Sorry for that little discussion abborn wink.gif

I also appologise . Was in the heat of the moment thing and didnt think before i posted. But yes Luke thanks also for understanding my point. Also yes he may be using a demo version. But i highly doubt it as regular updates will be needed. And the only editor he has is dreamweaver. But yet again you can still continue to download the trial version i know that as well.

But hope the issue is solved. AS luke posed the solution.
