Tips ? :

- you need a complete design, anything would do to be honest because what you have now... its just plain !
- find a logo because i belive it whats gonna make the difference
- categories, categories, categories, all the links on the left side are just there... put all the links in categories. Tips, Surveys, FAQ, Home...

I agree with MrTouz. Your website needs a new design and layout. And avoid lots of texts in a page. If possible put some images. it will add some beauty points to the site.
