For some reason I cannot get anything to work in the file manager. . All of the links are dead except for rename. I have tried IE7 and Chrome - Help Please.

i have 2 simple words to say to you,

"use FTP"

get you ftp user name and password,
log into ftp,
and then upload your files

where to find my ftp user name and password?

If you have yoursite.uuuq.com, your host is yoursite.uuuq.com, your user name is yoursite, and you should know your password.
