What username and password do I use because the one that I use for my ftp didn't work. And does everything look right?

Host: yoursite.uuuq.com
User: yoursite
Pass: youraccountpass

Replace those with the actual values.

And RUNESCAPE???? Wtf?

I'm assuming you uploaded SMF via FTP?
