I set up my Zymic account and then my domain last night, and every time I login I get an error about incorrect username or password. I've even tried to reset the password, but it claims the username/email combination is incorrect. I tried setting up a second webhosting (signe.uuuq.com) thinking that maybe it just failed to set up correctly the first time, but I'm getting the same problem with that.

Did you forget to confirm it? (They'll send you an e-mail so you can confirm your password like most 'sites like this.) If that's not the case, you're probably just typing the wrong thing. Your username to sign into your account is not your domain name. I had a website hosted on another webhoster that I signed into using my domain name, but that's not how it is here.
