Is that this space cannot support php or discuzz to host a forum?
If can, can u tell me some bout how to upload?

You can look at the tutorial section on how to upload, and what to do.
Yes this site support php and has a Mysql database available. (so installing a forum is no problem.
you can upload via the site upload section, or via a ftp program. (cuteftp, WS_ftp95 Le, ...)
