Hey Guys,

I am new to Zymic but have been sifting through all the features fine but I am having a problem seeing the created MySQL users (See image below).



2 users have been created but I cannot see the users or associate any privileges or even delete them because they do not appear in the drop down list. (See image below).



I am using the latest Firefox and have tried other internet explorers and even different PC's with the same issue.

If anyone can offer any assistance in fixing this issue up it will be greatly appreciated.

Apparently we are a few to have this problem today (see thread from today regarding databases problems). Unfortunately, It looks more like a bug that the admins have to fix rather than a browser issue... Please someone tell me I am wrong... So I'd say 'wait and see' ... and hopefully it will be fix quickly : Admins, may the code be with you!

i have the an identical problems. have already created two users ( though i could do with one) but none of them are showing up ... and if i try to (re)create the same user(s) the system says that this user already exists ..

is is because the user management system is running down ?

Hum... One day past, problem still here, and not even a kind word from the admins... Ok guys, I know you are busy (I believe we are a lot in this case), but even if you shall take a week to fix that, can you tell us what's going on please? .

They are working on it.

The only thing we can do is have patience. If they know what the problem is it can be resolved fast. But as it seems this is almost going on for 2 days, it is more complicater than we can imagine.

dang! same problem here, mysql users created, but they are not showing up, it's going wrong somewhere.

Please, create a sql script to give us our privileges in our databases. We are needing a temporal solution, please.

Hello Everyone! Currently Zymic is having a lot of issues with its hosting panel provider, There is nothing zymic can do except wait until panel provider can get everything straightened out.
This is currently affecting:
1. Database user
2. File Manager
3. Sites not listed
and most likely more things. I can't test whats working as I too am suffering from #3.

Good news though over the next few months some cool new things will come out here at zymic!

Heard something like that, zymic gonna give 15 MySQL databases under an user account, where now one can open only 5 databases. That's why this system is broken..
