Every time I try to create a new website with my account, this error message keeps popping up.

Undefined index: Incorrect_Username_Value in /var/wkscript/www/register.jsp on line 58

I don't know what this means or how to fix it.

What is the name of the site you want to give?

I have the same problem. I want my site to be bpc. I don't know what the general URL will be with this site name? I'm guessing your basic site name with my subdomain site name. Ie. bpc@zymic.com or zymic.com/bpc. I don't know the FTP URL or the remote directory I should be pointing at. I don't know what my password should be for FTP, maybe same as my account and for access to these forums. Do I leave passive transfers unchecked in FTP?

Your site will be bpc.uuuq.com

ftp will be bpc.uuuq.com
Remote = bpc.uuuq.com
Passive transfer is best left to 'on'
Password = the password to your site
username = bpc

There are a few things why you get that error.

I'll presume that you have filled in all required fields, and you accepted the agreement. But did you fill in the bot flood control?

Just above the agreement is an image with 2 words in them. You have to retype those words in the box just below it. with a space in between them.

example image = Mickey roare

than you have to put it in the box with the space AND case sensitive.

I also got the problem when i tried to create my first site here. And eventually that was the problem with me.
