Hi all,

It seems that all the files in my home pages root directory have randomly been deleted.

The website has been working fine for a while and I have not tried to upload anything or do anything over the last week. I last viewed my website a few days ago, but today some of the pages are just missing.

In particular all the files in my websites root folder have been somehow deleted.

I do not have any scripts running on my site and have not connected to upload anything through the file manager or FTP for a few weeks that i can remember.

I wonder if there is a security problem here with a script running on someone elses page somehow removing my files, or a security breach or something. As files generally do not just disappear. Is it possible to obtain logs for my accounts FTP login sessions or anything that can be done to track down why these files were deleted?

I have re-uploaded the missing pages, but don't want this to happen again.

The website address is: bcosta.uuuq.com

Thanks,
Brendon.

Same thing happened to me last night!

It is very unpleasent because I just opened my site and I am very happy with performances, but deletin files is not what I could ever dreamed.
Files are restored and uploaded, but why that happened?

I am using FileZille for FTP.
