I want to make a Navigation Bar like this:

with the "glow" effect below the button.
How i can do it?

that glow effect is brush.

if you can wait till tomorrow, i'll do something quickly(just like it) and upload the psd file

glow: you can simply draw a straight line with the wanted color. duplicate it so you'd have 3 layers of the same (thick) stroke. now apply different motion blur effects on each one. lets say - first layer: horizontal blur; second layer: both horizontal and vertical blur; third layer: vertical blur; now make the third one smaller in width, merge all layer and add a simple blur to all of that. Play with settings.

on the rest i'm sure you'll find tutorials and templates/generators on google. try "glossy button" or "web 2.0 button".

learn and do them yourself. it pays up the extra effort.

I did it very quickly so it is not organized or anything. The glow was done by just making a line and using a larger feathered eraser(or mask) to fade the edges. I then just did a large feathered brush over top of it and cut away the bottom. The rest was done with basic layer styles though the glass part could be done a bit better if I had more time. Looks pretty close to me.
