Little explanation: My teacher needs a website that lets you create and save each students curriculum vitae in a database. So while screwing around in Photoshop I came up with a simple layout wich I want to use for it. The colors will probably change due to strict policy or whetever the name is, but this is what I have so far.

Comments and criticism appreciated!

not bad ligfan, hard to see the content section since you re sized it but i get the gist of it. I think your layout is good, but the colors are a bit dull, regardless of wat color you end up using try to make it a bit brighter and more shiny.

Yeah saw the colors aren't the greatest when I uploaded it. My teacher just gave me a bundle of papers wich say the colors I'm allowed to use, only if I use those it will be used as a school website. I'm going to change colors, clean it up a little, and will post back when it's in the next stage.

And the content containts Lorem Ipsum generated text, with a title and a date icon next to it. Still thinking on how to present it.

Its ok, not good or bad but ok.

Try feeling the header with something?

Maybe have a content box with the box you have with all the content in atm..?
