I don't know why it wouldn't be working, and since their site doesn't list the requirements of their software I can't determine if it's the server not handling the script correctly or it's something you've done to the files.

I suggest you redownload from http://www.php-fusion.co.uk/ and reupload the files to your site. You could try v6 (if you've installed v7) or version 7 if you've got v6 installed.
