when dealing with google as a webmaster we need to get best ranked as possible .....
but i don't know how .....

any one can help me with that....

Only google controls these links. Not even google controls it manually. It was somewhere in the google webmasters tool that they explained how it happens.

If my memory is good, its by visits, if your site is well known than google will show the most visited pages of your site. Of course you will need a site map.

Have a all the meta tags possible... not only description... google sees more than just the description of your site... author.. copyright... robots... keywords... and of course the site map... don't forget to google.com/addurl

I guess having a valid and clean layout must help and makes it easier (meta tags inside the head tags) for google to find the stuff...

An other thing i believe works... is who links to your site and who your site links. Incoming & Outgoing links, i mean of half the web mentions your site's name... it means you are something

But again... these links... it's only how popular you are... you can't control that.
