Is this part of the problems with the MySQL databases?

Everytime I click Launch PHPMyAdmin (http://www.uuuq.com/phpmyadmin/) it sends me to a 404 error page. Why is that? I set up a DB and a Username (using that little workaround).

You CAN d/l and set up your own version of PHPmyAdmin on your site via FTP. Though I'd only use this to backup your databases. Since I'm not terribly sure whatever you do right now will be kept. If you have no idea how to do this I guess someone could set up a public site.
