I have installed PHPld on my new domain networkngonline.cn but as port 80 on server is closed ,I can,t validate or submitt URL,I always get "nvalid URL.The URL could not be validated. Either the page does not exist or the server cound not be contacted.URL already exists in the directory." some one can please help me?

Is the site hosted on a home server? If it is, your ISP might block incoming port 80 unless you upgrade to a business plan.
