just don't put this in HONDA'S robot, or all hell well break loose...

We can't even afford proper armor on humvees. Just imagine how much each of these exoskeletons would cost, and to use it like a forklift wouldn't be cost-effective. The idea of an exoskeleton just seems too expensive to mass produce, and making autonomous cyborgs a reality is many years away. It won't be nearly as hard for a robot to do tasks such as walk/shoot a gun as it will be for it to determine friend from foe, and when a crime is being committed/plotted.

this seems like the jet pack idea of the 50s-70s. They made prototypes that worked but it lost funding for being impractical.
