Pls help.....

I'm really newbie with webdesign. Just try to build a website using freehost from Zymic.
When i try to upload mysite use flashFXP, it said i must put my IP address for my site (crkpro.uuuq.com). How can I know my IP? Coz from my confirmation email from zymic, they didn't mention about IP address, just my site name.

Then I try to put my site with dreamweaver, it worked, but when i try to edit or delete my file inside uuuq control panel, I can't do that. Nothing happened even i already delete a file. Should i use dreamweaver again to syncronice my files?

And I also had problem to make link to other site. I want make link from my site to zymic.com, coz I thought i'd thank to zymic for freehosting.

Tx and sorry for my english....

Just use your command window (Windows) or Terminal in (Mac) to ping that host and it will give you the IP address.
