Hi i am new to this hosting provider and i want to make a sub-domain i typed in my username and password and it said that it will send a verification email and i havent recived one.

i think currently there is an issue with that. My friend had that problem so i had him send it to my gmail instead - no problems that way.

i have the same problem but creating a web

Did you check your spam/junk folder?

yep, is not there

You'll have to maybe wait for an Admin response to this. They may be having problems. They've been having a few lately but i'm sure it's nothing they can't handle.
