After experimenting with many hosts for my publications which hosts can be recommended or not I also keep an account here and do my regular tests and reporting resp. recommending.

But I have found something now that could keep me from giving a favorable grade to Zymic.

People tend to use more and more their own domain names. Whether they buy one or get one for free somewhere they're usually better than the domains owned by the free hosts. For example mysite.uuuq.com isn't very likable. So people get for example mysite.co.cc. Ok, the name servers at co.cc set and the domain entered into ZHCP, it actually works and I'm getting to my site I set up here.

But the url it shows in my browser is still http://mysite.uuuq.com/...

I want the links to my site also begin with http://www.mysite.co.cc/..

Is there a way to fix that? I think this makes a big difference which free host my readers'll be choosing.

I also made a co.cc domain yesterday. It still shows up as www.site.uuuq.com... can anyone help? Please?

If you don't post your urls, there's not much we can do.

Yeah, sorry 'bout that. The URL is supposed to be www.shapesonline.co.cc, but if I login or go to the forums (shapesonline.co.cc/forums) it makes me a guest, and if I login it redirects to shapes.uuuq.com... D:

This is an issue with the forum software, not with uuuq. Have you tried asking smf etc?
