Is it allowed to let visitors download files from the site hosted by Zymic?
If you have a website on your hosting which links to the file, yes, but if it's just hosting files, then no, this goes against the hosting terms of service.

Ok wait a sec, I think I'm reading this wrong. So if we are using the file in the site and it's available for people to download but not on the server JUST for downloading it's allowed?
If it's related to your site it's fine.
