Is there any support here at all i was thinking of going for the premium deal but if this is the kind of support i can expect pfff fat chance.
Dave
Premium hosting isn't offered by Zymic, it is run by LunarPages. We simply offer Zymic users a good hosting deal with them for no extra cost.

Zymic Hosting is non-profit and so unfortunately there isn't a team of staff who can give help and support 24/7. Those of us that try and help do it off our own backs. So please be patient and try and be slightly more grateful for the free service you get here.

The phpBB issue is known, but as you may have noticed in the Announcements forum, we are having a lot of security issues atm and so it is not our priority. Once a fix or workaround is available, we will publish it.

I notice how you guys always highlight the word free... because atm your not even giving a service and if you cant sustain that service then dont offer it, id rather pay for a service than recieve nothing at all.

I am gratefull iv seen some usefull tutoriols here that iv used and i appreciate them but atm they are pretty useless because i cant do anything on my website and getting no help with it.
