my site (zzl.org and zxq.net) is also not found... i cant still log on to manage them... whats happening now? tnx

I had my site http://startearnnow.99k.org up and running splendidly until yesterday. Yesterday I have changed the design and replaced everything through FTP. From that moment my site was down and I can't even check out the modified changes. It has been a problem for more than 20 hours now. Is this has something to do with the recent hacking issue (or) something like 99k.org down (or) what? I can't notice any downtime issues being reported here right now. My previous home page was index.htm and the newer one is index.html. Is this change causing a problem? Confused. Anybody there please kindly help me.
