Hey guys, I just recently tried Zymic's hosting server and I have a bit of a problem that is basically prohibiting me from continuing my site. I uploaded SMF 2.0RC1 and when I try to upload a package via the package manager, the following error is given to me in return:

QUOTE
Could not upload package, please check directory permissions!

Now, just to avoid any redundancy here:

Yes, I have CHMODed the directory correctly (Packages should be 777)
Yes, I have created a folder named "temp" within (was suggested on the official support forum)
Yes, I have tried what the official support forum has said and nothing has fixed it.

So I want to inquire if this was an issue on the part of the hosting not allowing me to upload this. Has anyone else run into this problem, and if so have you found a fix suitable for it? Please response as soon as you can. Also, because I'm fairly new to the whole domain name stuff. I'm currently using a domain name that leads to the subdomain....would this create issues, if any, that are giving this error?

Regards,
GS_Alex

Does anyone have any suggestions yet? I know I may sound a bit impatient but it would be nice to be able to resolve this problem soon...
