Me too. I had a mediawiki installation and it stopped working today with the error:
Warning: ini_set() has been disabled for security reasons in /www/uuuq.com/n/a/t/nathanaa5/htdocs/w/includes/AutoLoader.php on line 5
Followed by a few:

What was changed and is it permanent?
As it says, it has been disabled for security reasons. This is permament.
The errors will go away if you replace ini_set with @ini_set. This will then remove the header errors. However, the ini_set functions will still not work, which may not make any difference to how the script runs (if it's just about error handling, for example).
