When I enter , the sites close the window where I was watching the site

I intregrate a counter in July 2008 (Ademails) . How I can remove it that livestats.co.cc?

Now i was seeing my files and I see that last update was this morning but I don´t upload files since yesterday so I´m in shock. That mean someone stoled my password? :
