please help i am not able to install phpbb forum into my hosting account which is


I have uploaded all the phpbb files into my account(into the phpbb3 folder) but i am not able to access the installation page by typing



I get a 404 page not found error

And also according to this video i am not able to change the permissions of the config.php to 666, whenever i try doing that it says operation not permitted............ WTH!!!! (i am using smartFTP)


I have successfully created a database and a user for that and assigned all the permissions to that user but still in vain

please help
