I registered at Zymic.com for the username whsbasic. Below is the account data message I received when I registered:

To login to your hosting account please log into your Zymic Control Panel (http://www.zymic.com/zcp/) and then click the "login" button next to your web address. You will then have access to the ZHCP (Zymic Hosting Control Panel) in which you can manage various aspects of your account, such as file management, statistics, MySQL databases and much more!

You may also access FTP, just use:
Address: whsbasic.uuuq.com
User: whsbasic
Pass: ********* (message shows password)

Now, I can log onto the FTP for whsbasic but when I tried to log in at zymic.com, zymic told me I had an invalid username/password combination. Then, I hit reset password and zymic asked me for my username and I typed in whsbasic and zymic told me that whsbasic was an invalid username.

I then signed up for whsbasic and tried to get the address "whsbasic.uuuq.com" and although I was able to get the username whsbasic, the address "whsbasic.uuuq.com" was still there and I was unable to claim control of it. How do I get onto the control panel for whsbasic.uuuq.com?
