I just created a new zymic.com account and added a web hosting account in it. I received the confirmation emails and everything.

However, I now want to login to the hosting part, and I click the 'login' button in the control panel, next to "(mysite).uuuq.com", I am asked for the password (which I copy-pasted from the mail, 100% sure it's correct, no trailing spaces or line endings etc, when I paste it in notepad it is fine). But the form says: Incorrect password and/or username. And when I try to reset the password, it says invalid username/email, no matter what I try.

How do I get access to the web hosting parts?

Sorry for the late reply, was gone for a few weeks. I didn't set up an actual URL yet, but the hosting account I tried to register was: ivo.uuuq.com

ivo is too short - needs to be at least 4 characters long.

At the moment we're actually down - but when we're back up try creating a longer name.
