Yeah it's about time,

This is my first design since 5 months I think, cuz I didn't have the time with school+work+raid(yeah I'm playing world of warcraft)+friend= no time to design

So you may noticed that it's written in french, cuz yes this is a french-canadian guild on the US server lothar, we are about 60-70 members and we raid 3 days per week,

so I decided to create a new template cuz the old one was kinda ugly: Guild's website

so this is what I come up with:

First thing is first, good try very plain and boring imo. Secondly, I don't like it. Thirdly, ermmm I don't like it

Try add some more content?

I should said before that I dont give a f* about criticism, lol

I did what my guild master asked for, and I dont care about "web 2.0" for a guild template.

Guild's website are usually like that, cuz ppl want to show what has been cleared, which class they are looking for and stuff like that.

As a WoW player myself I must say it's nice. A little bit too low on space, but nicely done.

Yeah it's a bit low on space I'm about to make the same one but with more space this time.

i'd keep the content area background as a solid colour.. apart from that, you did a good job man

I don't like the text. But that's just me. Good job either way.

It's nice. i like it. I think you should use the 'left nav' idea a bit more. Put the same navigation on the right side for example. or ad a footer...

but, i would try get some better HQ imahes, the ones you have used look abit LQ, and it looks squished in the center, and there is too much blank space,
but i like the idea and concept, nice colors aswell

Yeah, I agree with you Passion.
The design is great looking. But you'll have to remember that the typography/font might decide whether your website looks professional or not.
You should have choosed some other font for this website.

Don't listen to Brandon, he is one sided to the style he likes. Trust me, I know Brandon very well....

The layout is very nice, I would stretch the side navigation a little bit more just to give the freedom of having a long word. I know in French there are some long words, so it might be a good idea. You might also want to consider giving a option to increase the font size.

Looks mad, now just animate King Arthur like www.diablo2.com site with Tyreal, and you'll be rocking , maybe do some whisp of frost coming outa his shoulders...

the less space makes it more cosy place. Seems more family like, then a major guild.., plus you dont need much space with a guild site imo
