I am facing a serious issue with website hosted at Zymic., website is thanveer.vndv.com and my custom domain is http://thanveer.com
I was trying to add a sub domain to it and it got error and it shows below message when going that page

I did send email to webmaster@vndv.com and it go bounce back
PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME AT THE EARLIEST......
