Yes

I have a small gif pic 15x15 pixels at the bottom of my page which takes you to external link.

When I preview web page in browser in works, but when I have uploaded those files to your server the picture just inst there

CODE
<div id="footer">&copy; 2009 JL, Izstradāja <a href="http://www.somesite.com"><img src="img/footer.gif" width="15" height="15" hspace="2"/></a></div>

When I said url, I really did mean url, not code.

Without it, I can't look at the problem. And if I can't look, I can't help.

oh sorry I misunderstood your post there tongue.gif

urls are.

kamini.uuuq.com
kamini.lv

neither are displaying the image, I checked locations names etc ...

Your address is incorrect. You're linking to footer.gif, and it's called Footer.gif.
