i tried installing a mybb forum on my act and now everythings messed up it says i cannot delete any of the files... can a moderator or administrator plz delete all the files... cuse it won't let me

To receive help you need to post your zymic domain.

you have .htaccess files in those folders. Get an FTP client that will show hidden files (or dot files as they are called in some clients).

If you have filezilla go to the server menu and click "Force showing hidden files" and you should be able to delete those folders then.

If that doesn't work CHMOD the files to 777 in both FTP and filemanager then try to delete.

And lastly if that's not working I can allow you to re-create your account. PM me if you want this to happen.
