You should comment those out, if they've been disabled for security purposes the administrators won't turn them on again. There are some features however that you can turn on for a flat-rate fee.
Andrew
Just to be clear, ini_set is NOT one of those features that can be bought.

Hey andrew so could i verify with you, the reason for you guys to disable the above is due to security reason? And what is the work around? Or else i can't proceed with the setup
Andrew
Just comment out the ini_set lines in the sessions.php file it's pertaining to.

If your too lazy to fine the three lines I've already commented them out here: http://pastesite.com/5850
Just replace /libraries/joomla/session/session.php with the paste.

Visit the URL Andrew gave you. Select the entire file on that page, starting with <?php in blue, by clicking & dragging. Once you've selected it all, press ctrl+v to copy it. Now open up a new file, press ctrl+v to paste, and save as sessions.php. If it asks you to overwrite, select "yes," and when you upload this new sessions.php file via FTP, select "yes" to overwrite it again.
