First, you need an FTP client such as FileZilla or SmartFTP.

Once you install it, you're going to want to log-in to your Zymic Control Panel (often referred to as ZCP around here). Once you've logged in, you'll see at the top a few things, among these are your FTP Address, and below that, your FTP Username. You'll put these into the proper boxes at the top of your FTP client, where it says "Host" and "Username." Your password is the same one you use for the ZCP account. For port, you can either put the default 21, or leave it empty (most clients will use the correct port automatically).

Finally, click "connect" or "login" or whatever else it says. Assuming you've followed the directions, you should now be in your website's root directory, seen on the left, with the default directory of your computer on the left (sometimes Desktop, sometimes C:\).
