set via ftp manager chmod 777 to folders that have unwritable status

Everything seems ok. The things unavailable are only the Optional things.

At your last pic, starting from "Files and Directories" it says Unwriteable, do as Gatex said.

so cache/ etc needs to be set writeable through FTP Manager.
