Hello, I am running an SMF message board and I can't get the attachment upload option to work.

All searches yield me contacting the host an increasing the max_file_size option. However, I can't access the php.ini file...

Who do I talk to for this request?


It worked for 2 uploads, but then gave me an error message that my files are too large. I attempted to install a mod-package for re-sizing photos, but the zlib was disabled and it didn't work. After that, I had the error.. What gives?
