Well I have got a problem with logging in on phpmyadmin

With my first account everything is fine,

but my second, I can't login, I tried to remove the user and database and reset it, but it didn't help.
Phpmyadmin keeps asking me for login information.
I think the problem is that my site name is rule-europe.uuuq.com
so my user is called rule-europe_username
and It isn't allowed to use a - I guess

What can I do ?
