Simple fix actually go into your FTP or File Management Program (Login on to it) and make the following Folders or Files writable.

1.cache/
2.files/
3.store/
4.config.php/
5.images/avatars/upload/(I believe you only have to make the upload folder writable.

How do you ask?
Right click each of them and click permissions (Or however you edit their permissions) and set their numeric value to 777. For now 777 is ok, but it is not always the safest number. I suggest using 777 but you will have to go in and fix them later after installation to a safer number. (I can't recall what the number would be) sorry.

But that is all you have to do and click install or submit button lol. Hopefully this helps.

You should go to the official site and follow the steps. Before you install , as Macster 12 said , you should edit the rights of those files. After u installed successfully , u should either rename the folder install or delete it from the remote site for security purpose.

I only know these because I am a newbie laugh.gif
