Well, the list is currently non-existent. Does anyone know of any good freehost sites that have at least 1 GB storage and contains MySQL, PHP, and all that other good stuff.

Why would you post that on a free webhost? Competition and all... What would be better (for me anyway) is posting links to other webmaster resources. Yes, it's still competition but a lot of resource sites list stuff that Zymic may not. But with webhosting it's generally all the same. Especially when finding 3 ones nowadays. I HATE free hosts that make you post... simply because I don't have time and am not wasting time posting on a forum I'll never use.

I did not mean to degrade Zymic in any kind of way, I was just wondering if anything out there existed like Zymic's godly free web hosting. And yes, I do hate hosts such as Trap17 and Astahost. Those are epic fails.

one good host, well which use to be a good host is ifrance.com its in everycountry, but now they just put ads everywhere so its sucky.

But to give out my opinion i think free hosts are useless (for a long term thing)

because if you really take a look right now you can have a domain name plus a GOOD hosting for around 3$ a month. come on... less than 30$ a year... EVERYBODY can afford that. plus if you pay you have PLANTY of things you can get that you actually don't get with a free host.

i was going with free hosts for about 2 month, than bang bang prices were like 8$ a month... and i just got one... but right now i don't see any reasons why we couldnt get a paid hosting. really... even if its for testing only.
