I want to backup my MySQL database(valkyr_cg), and I read about it that using 'PHP My Admin Alternative' that is possible. (Once you have successfully created a database you can use PHPMyAdmin which is a popular, powerful web-based interface for administrating MySQL databases. It is open source, written in PHP, and is among the better tools available for working with MySQL databases.
To login use your database username (e.g. site_99k_org_databasename) and the password assigned to that username.)
Below you can see how I try to acces it:
When I click on [PHP My Admin Alternative], I get a small window asking for my:

I don't know what username and password to use, I have tried all the following usernames without any luck:
valkyr
valkyr_cg
uuuq_valkyr
uuuq_valkyr_cg
uuuq_com_valkyr
uuuq_com_valkyr_cg(already above 16char?!?)

Clearly I am doing something wrong, can anyone pls help me out? Or is there another way to backup my MySQL database? Any other sugjestions? Greatings,

btw, YES i have a MySQL database created and active!
YES i have searched forum for answers(seen only comments about peaple having more then 16 charecters in their names)
