My domain, generalmusings.com, isn't working. It just won't load my site. My actual domain name genmus.uuuq.com, works perfectly, as does the Wordpress admin. I'm no expert, but I assume its a DNS issue? Anyone who can help me?

Our IP address has been null routed causing the custom domains to not resolve, they are working on this issue.

UUUQ DNS Servers wont work with forwarded domains.

I have the same problem with my custom domain. The uuuq.com is ok.

I've just registed and can not assign my custum domain name. My domain provider says that your http://ns1.uuuq.com/ and http://ns2.uuuq.com/ do not work. Can you help me about it?

Hi, I want to build upon a WordPress also. It seems too much to read and we may get confused within these forums. So we have to make it simply, and ask the web staff to give us a very direct answer. For example, my questions have:
1. Presently the situation of xxx.uuuq.com, this website can we use “.htaccess” file?
2. Can we park an existing domain on xxx.uuuq.com? If we can, can the website give us its DNSs with A and NS type?
3. For WordPress, can we use un-English, such as ja or zh_TW, for its building?

1. Yes, we have a strict .htaccess policy, so if it breaks, use http://www.uuuq.com/htaccess-fix
2. Yes, assign the A record, add via domain manager
3. Yes, if the software supports it.

I am, on 4/23, having the same issue. Are you still working to resolve this issue, or is it now a different problem?

NS1 and NS2 still fail to respond to pings. xxxx.uuuq.com works perfectly.

just signed up for hosting and pointed my godaddy-registered domain to ns1.uuuq.com and ns2.uuuq.com. The DNS entry for mydomain.com now points to 212.95.49.252 (which is also what I get for mydomain.uuuq.com) as well as www.mydomain.com, so it looks like everything there is working perfectly. I ftp'ed a wordpress installation, which is also working perfectly, and removed index.html from the top-level directory. Now when I go to mydomain.uuuq.com I get my wordpress installation, which is exactly what I'd expect.

Problem is, when I go to mydomain.com, I get the "account has been sucessfully created" page, even though I removed the index.html from what I thought was the right directory. Further inspection shows that mydomain is pointed at zymic, but not at mydomain.uuuq.com's files.

What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, should have mentioned that I had followed the instructions and added mydomain.com as an "extra" domain through the "Custom Domain Names" page as shown in the video--still not working, hours after the updates with godaddy, so it's not a propagation issue. I assume that because I'm getting the Zymic page when I go to mydomain.com that the DNS servers are pointing properly; I actually just deleted the domain from the Zymic domain manager and added it again to no avail. And I checked to make sure I deleted the index.html file from the file manager... what else could this be? where is this index.html file residing that I can't get rid of it? mydomain.uuuq.com/index.php works fine; mydomain.com just gets me the default Zymic page.

I apologize that I keep posting, but I can't figure out what's wrong; just to review what I did, in chronological order:

1) I pointed the nameservers for mydomain.com at ns1.uuuq.com and ns2.uuuq.com
2) I added mydomain.com to the Domain control manager in the Zymic control panel (see screenshot from previous message)
3) I removed index.html and replaced it with index.php (a wordpress installation)
4) mydomain.com, www.mydomain.com and mydomain.uuuq.com all resolve to 212.95.49.252
5) mydomain.uuuq.com shows my wordpress site, but mydomain.com will only show the "account successfully created" page.

My client is waiting for her site to start working--what am I doing wrong? Is there some lag between when domains get added via the control panel and when they are added to the webserver's config file?

Can you please post your uuuq domain, if you wish to keep it private, either pm me it or drop by IRC (easier and quicker). It sounds like an issue on the server end and I should be able to fix it for you.

I'm having exactly the same issue with my domain name - ariadne-star.com

1. I pointed the nameservers for ariadne-star.com at ns1.uuuq.com and ns2.uuuq.com
2. I added ariadne-star.com to the Domain control manager in the Zymic control panel
3. I removed index.html and replaced it with index.php
4. ariadne-star.com and mydomain.uuuq.com all resolve to 212.95.49.252
5. mydomain.uuuq.com shows my index.php, but ariadne-star.com will only show the Zymic 404 page.

Is there a way to resolve it?

hi i just created an account at zymic.com, set up mysql database username password etc, configured wp-config file, uploaded Wordpress' latest edition. everything went fine and I can browse WP's admin site too, but whenever i visit my URL http://gimli.uuuq.com it says Account Successfully Created followed by some more text and doesn't load my WP blog, not even the default theme or anything. please email me if you can, at st.anger.inc@gmail.com. update: oops sorry I spoke too soon. deleting the index.html file solved the problem instantly. I think WP's index.php file too over after the htm file got deleted. Sorry for bothering you guys! Thanks

I don't understand why I can't forward my .com domain to zymic???

I have a godaddy domain, where I have updated the name servers to ns1 and ns2.uuuq as given and In Zymic I have added the domain. But still when I put my godaddy domain, it gives an error page.

What are the domains, drop by IRC if you want to keep them private.

Make sure the added domain is also all in lowercase.

caer.uuuq.com and my godaddy domain is caer.in

Hi Bread I'm hoping you can fix my account too like you did for _KC

1. Bought domain from godaddy 2 days ago.
2. First night all I did was set the hosting to custom and added the zymic nameservers NS1.UUUQ.COM and NS2.UUUQ.COM
3. Set the forwarding to http://androidwow.uuuq.com

By morning it was working. After that I changed some settings trying to get a sub-domain working to no avail, so I reset everything back the way it was. A few hours went bye and I lost the connection between the domain and zymic hosting (I assume because of propagation?)

Since then it hasn't worked, giving error 404's.

Last night I:

1. Resaved my nameserver information: NS1.UUUQ.COM and NS2.UUUQ.COM
2. Resaved my forwarding address http://androidwow.uuuq.com
3. Took the added step of going into my Zymic CP and adding androidwow.com to "extra domain" (in lowercase)

Still nothing, but the errors changed from 404 to:

"Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."


If I ping Androidwow.com I get ip address: 212.95.49.252.

I don't understand what else I can do.
