HELP: i have done all the database setting and uploaded all the files but my site (jcatholica.uuuq.com) wount appear on the internet

You need an index.html file

the page that you wiss to make you home page. Call that file index.html if its a php call it index.php
but what ever extension it has make sure it has index. then the extension.
