In Dreamweaver, after you set up a site (local folder containing your site files), you can enter in the information about how to connect to your host via FTP (and other ways). Enter in the information and check the connection by using the button it provides. It says you can save the log-in information, I couldnt get that to work with CS3, but I could get it to work with CS4. Anywho, once you finish the creating the site wizard, you can either select the individual files or folders in your site folder or select the site folder as a whole and press the blue up arrow (inside the files tab). This will upload every selected file to your website. If you select a folder to upload, it will create the folder on the host and add the files in there. If you select your site folder, it will upload everything in the folder, keeping directories. Thats basically all there is to it. If you can get Dreamweaver to keep your log-in information saved, you dont have to refill out the FTP information every time you open Dreamweaver, but if you had the same problems I had, you may need to refill out the information each time.
If you have any questions about Dreamweaver or if you need help with any of this, PM me and I'll get back to you.

if you have Dreamweaver, you dont need filezilla to upload. Dreamweaver has a built in FTP client.
