After having a web account what exactly do i need to do to have my site on the internet. 1. upload my web content to my account. 2.set database. are these the only thing i need to do OR do i also need Drupal or Joomla. am confused plz help. JUST IN SUMMARY

Depends what your site is, if it's just static HTML pages, upload them, but you will need an 'index.html' or 'index.php' page.
