I am having some problem?
Can anyone solve it?

It shows the following error message:

there could be several problems.
1-do you have a database set up in the first place?
2-perhaps your domain and db username are over 16 characters.
3-it's possible you don't have your password right.

we need some more info, post the code in your config.php file
